About Me

Hi, I’m Allyncia Williams. I’m a creative leader, speaker, and innovator dedicated to transforming how people learn and how organizations connect with the world.

With over 20 years in Learning Experience Design, I specialize in blending storytelling, technology, and human connection to build learning experiences that inspire action and deliver results. This year alone, I’ve spoken at ATD TechKnowledge, DevLearn 365, and ATD Intensive, sharing practical strategies for using AI tools, narrative design, and new technologies to make learning faster, smarter, and more engaging.

I’ve led teams and built programs across virtual, blended, and self-paced learning environments. From rapid microlearning videos to multiplayer virtual sessions, I’m passionate about turning big ideas into real solutions that help people learn, connect, and grow.

My career began in Tokyo, Japan, teaching English and discovering my place on the global stage. Since then, I’ve designed business and cross-cultural programs for companies like Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Fuji Heavy Industries, and Johnson & Johnson. Later, I managed and expanded Training Connection, a corporate training firm delivering software and business skills programs in Chicago and Los Angeles.

Today, I bring my creative approach to my work at LA Care Health Plan, where I led the design of Operation New Hire, a narrative-based learning initiative that shaped the sessions I’m now delivering on national stages. Even though that project didn’t launch organization-wide, it played a powerful role in developing the innovative strategies I share at industry conferences.

I’m not just a designer. I’m a spokesperson, creative strategist, and champion for using technology to make learning more accessible, measurable, and impactful. I collaborate with leading tools and platforms, including Pictory, ScreenPal, Speechify, and Descript, and have affiliate partnerships and active community involvement with these brands. My skills cover video editing, streaming, podcasting, animation, accessibility design, and exploring emerging AI tools for image and video generation, like MidJourney, Kling, and Veo.

Above all, I’m committed to helping organizations tell powerful stories, connect with diverse audiences, and build innovative learning experiences that leave a lasting impression.

I’ve built computer-based training modules using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud apps, Camtasia, and various AI powered web and desktop based editing and gamification platforms. Additionally, I have extensive experience with proprietary applications and the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).
