Demonstrating On the Job Training Tools

This is a presentation captured in Camtasia to demonstrate my skills in delivering presentations, lesson creation and my method to deliver dynamic and effective training for best retention and application.

In this video, viewers can presume this is a live basic Excel training module done by instructor in a brown bag session on how to use Microsoft Excel for an imagined on-the-job function. It is 15 minutes long and includes the video I posted in the blog before this one.

It is clear that I am working with some limits in technology and no actual audience so I am speaking to the air. I always let participants know they are free to interrupt with questions and I like to see them get as hands on as possible so if they did not have a laptop in this setting, I would have participants use blue tooth keyboard to participants a chance to drive through the exercise steps.

In this tutorial, there is an instance where I go to a screen and some options are not available. In a live training, this can happen because of steps missed in demonstration. I left this in there to show how I would troubleshoot the issue to make sure the participant can see how to correct a similar mistake.

Thanks for watching!
